SECTION 21 — GOODS FOR MANUFACTURING:

• The client must pay 70% of the total value of the merchandise that he orders to be manufactured.
You will pay the remaining 30% when the merchandise is delivered.

• Manufacturing time is 15 to 20 business days, not counting weekends or holidays.

• In the event that the furniture has been ordered to be manufactured, the client no longer wants to purchase it, proceed as follows:

1. The money paid will be exchanged for exclusive products from our store that apply in certain cases, prior evaluation and authorization of the store manager.

2. If the customer does not apply for the exchange, they must wait for the furniture they ordered to be manufactured to be sold in order to be able to refund the money paid.

• In case of non-compliance with the deadline established for the manufacture and delivery of the furniture by Castillohaircs, the client no longer wishes to take the furniture, the procedure will be followed as established in literals 1 and 2, mentioned above.

SECTION 22 — MERCHANDISE THROUGH LAPAGE SYSTEM:

• The client must pay 50% of the total value of the products or merchandise that he wishes to reserve.

• In the event that the customer withdraws after removing the product or merchandise, the amount paid will not be refunded. This payment will be exchanged for exclusive products from our store.

• The term for the section of products or merchandise is 40 days. Except in cases, prior authorization and evaluation of the store manager.

• In case of failure by the customer to remove the merchandise within the established period, there is no refund, it will be exchanged for exclusive products from our store.

• Quote valid for 15 days.
